this is the 3rd time i am doing this Redwine Blueberry muffins... this time i tried making the density thicker and made a swirl effect of the sauce... dipped the muffins in redwine... alas.. the effect is different... the sweetness of the redwine is enhanced by this blend... yummy.. someone complain that the presentation sux before... so this time i added fresh blueberries as the decor... i added fresh mints too.. waiting for someone to send me the pictures :p
