Anyhow Bake - Strawberry Muffins

mix the wet ingredients together stir till milky pink

butter, sugar, egg yolks, strawberry syrup, milk

sift the dry ingredients and slowly fold them into the wet mix

baking powder and plain flour

beat the egg white till stiff and fold it into the mixture

decorate

2 methods
- either u add the strawberry filling in and bake together
- or, bake first and top the ingredient on top after removal from oven (recommended)


add some color sprinkle for the presentation :)

200 g unsalted butter diced
150 g caster sugar
2 - 3 eggs separated
150 ml strawberry milk
200 g plain flour
1 1/2 tspn of baking powder
1 can of strawberry pie filling
1 strawberry syrup to taste
